Moreland City Council is hosting a community forum on the history of Moreland. It is for interested community members to share their views on the history of the naming of Moreland.
Our guest speaker will be Dr James Lesh. James is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow specialising in urban history and heritage conservation at the Australian Centre for Architectural History, Urban and Cultural Heritage. James is currently undertaking independent historic research into the name of “Moreland” which will be shared in a report to community after completion.
